I do have one serious thought.
Can we somehow have control over reinstatement of individual s on our own board? Say someone gets banned and the automatic banning is a fixed period, but then the board could elect to reinstate the individual subject to some guidelines on what they did.
Bans tend to last too long. (and I admit I have served my time once for a few months.)
