Bo and Stid's arm are about equal. Stidham had Ryan Davis who could get open short and Slayton who could get open deep. Bo doesn't have that. Worst group of WRs we've had in a long time. Even Nick who sometimes only got to throw it 10 times a game had Sammy and Duke.

Oh, right - its the receivers fault LMAO.

Imagine playing WR in this offense. The screen passes are at your feet. You're wide open and the QB throws it over your head. You run a route to catch a ball in stride and its behind you.

The NFL has NO interest in a QB who can't consistently place the ball where it needs to be. Bo Nix has not shown that quality, at ALL. What part of that is hard to understand?

If we are just taking someone from inside just keep Gus and if that isn't an option give me Garner all day everyday over Steele.

If the PTB are inept enough to hire Steele as HC, we will be mired in Ole Miss level mediocrity for the rest of our lives.

Thats the feet/lower body mechanics I'm talking about. I'm not saying it's all on the WRs, Bo has his faults as well. But our WRs are pathetic.

Anyway I'm off for a while got some honey do's to do. Christmas shopping and such.

Didn't want an indepth conversation on how horrible Bo and Gus are. Just wanted to pass along some information I heard. Seems others are hearing some similar things.

I don't expect Greene to pull the trigger. To much money for him to justify in a financial loss year. Just doesn't seem to be his nature IMO.

Well at least I have one and don't just go on my feelings. Rationalize the totality of the entire situation.

Design an offense that your WRs can't consistently get open. Design an offense where you can depend on your OL to allow you to run for a first down consistently on 3rd and 3.
Design an offense where you never have the same starting 5 OL for even a practice in the off season.
Design an offense with a QB that doesn't trust the protection because the OL hasn't shown the ability to do so. Sure there are pockets there sometimes but most times there isn't a pocket.

I give you first dibs on a game plan for Au in the bowl game. You come up with one and I'll follow up with one and we can see which is closer to what guys that are paid to do come up with.

There is absolutely no talent at DT on this roster, so expect the DL to get pushed around again next season.

But we got Derrick Brown 5 years ago, so that means Garner is a great coach.

OK, my crystal ball needs to be put in the dishwasher.

Apparently there are a few balls left in the higher ranks within the Auburn Community.

Still against Lane and Freeze though.
