Freeze stays, no matter how bad. Get that recruiting class in and start working on the next.
Next year you put a flamethrower under his chair. If he’s recruited well, there is no excuse in hell to not have us competing with everyone by year 3. He fails, he fails. We move on and wait for another stupid hire. Rinse and repeat.
It’s really a not much of a chance of a win situation.
It’d be better if Hugh would just figure out what he is doing.
