I think it’s pretty clear that we would be better with Bo

Yeah, but here is the thing. Every single one of us would still be screaming at the TV and asking for Harsin to be fired. Nix would have done nothing to better his outlook of playing in the NFL. His dad and Bo knew this.

I have no idea who needs to be convinced that even with Bo's flaws was a much better choice than Ashford or Finley. I think many knew that much of the problem was Bo's OL and WR's.

Right. Smart to get out of town. He may have prolonged Harsin’s tenure another year by stealing us a win or two, like we saw last year against LSU. so for that reason I’m glad he left because I can’t wait to get rid of this group of potato heads

But it’s hard to say just how much better based on the lack of other talent. Let’s leave it at that

That is the main issue. He left because of the talent. The OL was awful. And the WR talent was headed the wrong way. So, no, the season wasn’t going to be great even if Bo was around, but I know where he had been, which is much superior than what we got right now.

Our offense is pathetic to put it nicely.

The fact that Ashford started 9-22 throwing the ball is only shallow evidence that our passing offense is arse. 8 of those 9 completions were drop offs to the RB or shenk, so our whole passing offense is anemic and couldn’t catch a cold much less fire.

No actually I think many many on here said he wouldn’t start at any other program because he was just that bad and the only reason he started here was because of his daddy

I get it but even though they lost a close one today, Kansas making it to 5-0 shows that the right coach can come in and make an immediate impact.

I still hope it happens today and believe to be best for the players, fans and Auburn. Reasons for waiting include it gives us the bye week to reorganize. Speculation that some of the Idaho boys (kiesau) would also be fired.

The first one to derail this thread about Bo was CorhJay, another Bleeding Heart Bo Support group member like yourself. Y’all just can’t let it go.

We were 6-2 with this same shite team when Bo was the QB. He’s 13-14 for 187 tonight at the half. 4 rushes for 24 and a TD. He finishes out the night even close to where he is in the first half and he will be in the top 10 in the country in pass percentage. I think coming into the game he was 13th But he was so inaccurate!!!

The hell he did. Reread the thread, fool. Insecure Veritas can claim his prize.

You were another one of those “anybody but Bo” dudes. Ha!!!

And Corch is not a part of the Bo bleeding heart support group. I am the wolf and the Wolfpack that worked alone in January and February.

I said from the beginning when Bo left that is was a very smart move by him. And I stand by it. It shows. He is doing well and I am extremely happy for him.

As for us moving forward, I think the AD hire is very important. We need to get a AD that can hire a coach and convince him that he will be given a fair chance. With the system set up like it is, a program like Auburn can use the portal along with bringing in some talent to play with what we have and get things going in the right directing faster than before.

Now saying that, it all hinges on the right hires at The AD and coach level.

It can’t be Flashy Dion or dirty Hugh. It has to be someone who can build something. And make people want to come to Auburn. Right now, Auburn is toxic and undesirable.

idk. I don’t buy Bo was good but the problem was Harsin. I think Bo was immature and toxic, Harsin was and is inept. Really bad combo.

I’ve never seen a group of Auburns so obsessed with calling out toxic culture after begging Mr. Auburn QB to leave just because he only completed his 61% of his passes and only had a 74 QBR and then double down once the new QB only has a QBR of 35.

Passing Yards
170th in all of football
218.8 PYPG

Rushing Yards
139th in all of football
148.3 RYPG

Total Yards Per Game
159th in all of football
367.2 YPG

We average a putrid 13 points per game against P5 players but you got your wish: “anybody but Bo.”

You’ve spent all season talking about Bo. He left, I don’t blame him. But he’s gone.

But we’d still be shite if he was here. The problem is way bigger than a QB. We need a systematic change, and someone who can recruit, especially the Georgia and Florida pipelines.

Jville went through it too with Gatewood. Some folks just need this and we should be supportive of Janga

And I’ll continue to do so because he was our best chance at winning a few more games at Auburn but stupid fans like the following (and you) made sure Bo knew it wasn’t worth dealing with our shite talent and left Bo’s sisters in charge of defending of him. I asked then: do y’all not want to win. The results after yall made the QB room inferior is an emphatic no.

quote:

From Jville:

“Exactly. Truth is, 59% completion is not hard to replace.”
How’s his boy doing?

quote:

AUCE: “I have stated this multiple times. Bo is closer to Jeremy Johnson than the elite QB that some of our fanbase thinks he is.“

Your boy Jang in January :
Let me explain this like Lanier would…from a scale of 1 to 100

Cam being 1 and Jeremy Johnson being 100

Nick Marshall: 10
Nix: 20
Slovis: 49
SW 50
Finley 65
Barrett Trotter 80
Wyoming guy 90 unless he is interested in Auburn....
