Sumrall would have 100% came Auburn if our AD was half way competent and gave him full control of who he hired or retained.

No he wouldn't have. Anyone getting to pick between Auburn and Florida is picking Florida every time.
Auburn has a reputation of meddling boosters going back to way before the current AD.
