My feelings as well. I'm excited about this year. I do not expcect us to be in Atl, but if we are competitive in every game and no blow outs, I think we are going to be in perfect position to make a run at a title in 2014.

Best places to live (ignoring costs for the most part)
1- Legends of Magnolia (Lambdi Chi on probation means minimal noise great location)
2-Champions Club- Just as nice as Legends only difference is location not as ideal
3-TwoTwentyFun - Girl to guy ratio at least 10:1 , apartmentsare nice good location
4-Creekside - Always a party, downside transit, can find solid deals if you have a group of 4
5-Brownstone - (higher if a business major)
Honorable Mention: Moore's Mill for anyone whose daddy shits gold

221 is awesome. You're right about the girl to guy ratio - I'm convinced they screen female tenants based on attractiveness.

I know they have a little system set up where you kind of hand off your lease to your friend when you move out...I guess that's how they preserve the ratio
