I think both would be electric, I'd probably give the edge to Shivers. Both have elite speed, might as well call them equals there. But being a RB Shivers should have more moves with the ball in his hand, and his stature probably makes him real slippery in the open field like he will be in returns

To be fair, Davis played RB in high school. Im sure he hasnt forgotten how to make moves with the ball in his hands.
