That's the entire reason he dresses the way he does. He wants to have his own style and not be like the normal person.
To say Cam doesn't dress "beyond the norm" is pretty far out there.

I would appreciate it if he had some interesting styles. But everything he wears ends up looking like this.

Lots of men in this forum sure do seem very concerned about fashion styles and how it seems to affect their own fragile masculinity.

Or people is using common sense and say yes the way Cam dresses and types is different.

But the way we now laugh at those short gyms shorts from the 70's, just like 80's hair band wannabees, can't come soon enough.for skin tight stretch pedal pushers for men. Because in truth if we dressed like him he'd change out of spite.
And referring to our metro-sexual produced laughter (of Cam) as fragile masculinity is just plain silly.

I fully support Cam being himself. I just dont know what's with the "whatchu mean he is different" as if that is normal. Stating the obvious isnt a crime. He types, talks, and dresses differently than most.

Well I for one never claimed he didn’t dress “different” (from the perspective of a cargo-short wearing 62-year old white boy of course).
But if he went out to the clubs in the area in which he grew up (SE Fulton County) I’m betting his “different” would decrease A LOT.
And personally? Cam to me doesn’t seem to have come from a culture of cargo short-boat shoes wearing guys.
So I repeat… IDGAF
