Let’s also discuss the UH Tulane game. First play of the game UH QB drops a dime and WR takes it to the house. Not a good look for us

Houston’s biggest issue seems to Defense but I’d agree.

This punter lives in my nightmares

Probably because Houston isn’t running the ball up the middle

True, Tulane is stuffing the run. Wanna see number 77 get a sack.

Holgerson (sp) is basically doing exactly what we should have done.

77 is just a large human being. He’s been pushing the guy in front of him with ease.

Tulane was a really good football game for us. Showed us a lot we have to work on before we get to the SEC. I really hope Tulane has a good season

Not looking good now though.

No tequila tonight.

Though I was left home unsupervised. I opted for a glass of woodford. And a little Floyd to calm the nerves from today.

I’m not making a thread but I have kind of a personal question.

My two nephews (technically my wife’s nephews) school system has their elementary school football league games on Saturday nights, and my oldest daughter will be five next year thus cheerleading for it. My mother in law apparently hasn’t been pleased that I am missing these games because I’m the main one that works with them, and she’s been firing some passive aggressive shots at my wife about it. I don’t even care if it’s just Kent State. I waited all offseason for the games so when they’re here, I want to see them. Is that a fricking crime?

First off: I married into this hick Alabama town that loves their 8 year old Saturday night football. When I grew up, we played around 10 in the morning. Who in the frick schedules these contests at night when it’s obvious Alabama is a college football state?

Secondly, should I feel compelled to go next year when my five year old daughter starts doing that crap that they call cheerleading when it’s really not. It’s more like a bunch of absent minded girls waving their arms around to the delight of over zealous moms that cant wait to put pictures on Facebook.

That’s it. Thanks.
