It’s happening.
Bo about to throw for 200 yards and 2 TDs.
We have changed the emphasis in the run game from hurry up inside zone every time to quick tosses, reverses, buck sweeps, powers, and counters. And of course READ OPTION.
If teams blitz all out, Bo will burn them soon.

? We tried last week. Shwartz needs to play more so he and Bo can develop a relationship. They had a huge play. Shwartz slowed down. I think he under estimated Bo's arm.

Until then he needs to give his receivers a chance. He overthrows then by 8 yards every time.

Bo needs to put a little more air under his throws and let the wide open receiver run under it.

If he is gonna miss I hope he keeps missing long until he gets dialed in. Those short misses tend to go the other way.

Go back and watch the ones from last weekend. Schwartz slowed down and it looked like Hastings lost the ball in the sun.

It would be hilarious if Nix hits a couple of those and has a statistically great game this weekend and leads AU to a blowout after State fans have decided to focus their grinding so far this week on trying to convince tRant he sucks.
Even better if Stevens is still out and Schrader throws a pick or two as our DL has him running for his life all game

I bet they rep some deep and back shoulder routes hard in practice this week with the DL playing tag on Bo. There's several ways to dial in a QBs deep ball when he's throwing long. Short is another, more difficult story. Dillingham knows what hes doing here and I'm sure with everyone healthy they'll mostly figure it out, if not this week, before the UF game is over.
It'll just be up to Bo to do it in the game when things breakdown in the pocket and in the moment. His footwork was better after one game of self-analysis. He didn't throw for over 10K yards in HS with a bunch of short routes.

Gus talked about Schwartz only having two weeks of practice under his belt, Hastings has been missing a lot of time with his knee and the same for Williams. The WR corps has been so banged up it's really difficult to get any timing together. I think a few deep balls were a result of Bo being juiced from the road atmosphere but at home this week he should get some more in rhythm. I just want us to run the ball more and passing lanes will get easier.
