DL - Jeremy Garrett (Expected Hire)
DB - Zac Etheridge (Expected to be retained)
LB - Christian Robinson (Expected to be retained)
Rumored others:
OC/QB - Kent Austin
OL - Matt Luke
Am I missing any?

I think this all depends on who we get for DC and who they may want to coach positions on the defense and what opportunities Zac and Jeremy may have.

Yeah, I wasn't impressed with our LB play throughout the season. Was it just the talent he had to work with or was it his coaching combined with the talent he had to work with?

I think the only coach Chizik brought with him was Boulware.
Malzahn brought JB Grimes and Ryan Russell. Lashlee was actually at Samford when Gus went to Arkansas St., so I guess that doesn’t count.

I don’t know if it was talent or not.
I don’t think CRob has gotten a commitment yet either but he had some dudes at UF… excluding the QB that was arrested for kiddie porn

On paper, but that doesn't always lead to success on the field or are you suggesting it's due to CR's coaching only?
I have seen plenty of disappointed posts over Pappoe before CR came in.

for starters ... 1 year, also no opportunity to recruit.
the guy has a good presence in metro Atlanta. Zero reason to be negative right from the start.

It might be. Hard to follow this thread. Half of it is about eating Salmon from IHOP.
It Freeze wanted a play caller too, so I would assume that would rule Kent Austin out?
