Baylor’s D looked like complete trash in their bowl, and that was all Aranda.

Yeah… hard to judge playing a service Academy offense in a meaningless bowl game. That’s a tough spot.

Overall I give the staff a B or B-… really like the Montgomery hire… keeping ethridge and Carnell. .. mcGriff is a proven recruiter… the rest of the position coaches are young unproven guys.
Roberts is the only hire that I have serious questions about.

I would assume now the bowl game is over a deal is being made to bring in Jim Leonhard. Aranda's protege. He fires his mentor to hire his protege. I think that was Aranda's plan after Leonhard didn't get the head job at Wisconsin
