Does anyone have a video of what happened? I can’t find anything. Was it just a broken bone or open fracture?

Prayers for him, huge blow to our defense

Multiple fractures. He’s done. Truly hope he can make a full recovery so that his next endeavors in life bring him much success.

I went back and watched the play. It looks like it just gave way after he planted. It the looked like the team doctor resets it before they put the towel up.

I've seen some stuff on social media saying he broke his tibia (shin bone).

Is that the are that you saw? I could never find anything on my dvr.

Yeah. You see him back peddling to cover the wr. The receiver stopped quickly and it looked like Anthonys planted hard on his left leg. The Arkansas receiver immediately started pointing at him because he knew he was injured.
**personal opinion **
I bet 100 bucks he had a stress fracture in his leg and didn't know it. That hard plant was the breaking point (no pun intended).

Ouch. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Silver lining is that if it is only a tibia, without any knee damage, he will likely be able to return once healed and rehabbed.

Break is much better than a tear for sure.

You can see it on the TV tape if you pause it at the right time. He fell down, did a roll, and as he was on his back, you see his leg bent in half. Looks to be below the knee.

AU is cursed this year. Anthony was playing great, then breaks his leg.

Did you notice that leg was covered up before he got hurt? It looked like it was taped or padded just below his calf. I saw it the play before he got hurt but didn't think anything. Makes you wonder if he was having pain in that leg or something.

He was the best player on the field before he got hurt. Moving him outside looked like a great move. Hopefully he can heal up and come back next year.
