Refs and coaches called a bad game today.
I know everyone that cares about AU is pissed and scratching our heads but this extra back and forth between fans of the same program only makes us all look silly.

Please don't tell me this is why you think we lost the game? I'd blame bringing in JJ on 3rd & 5 for a QB draw on that possessions was a much more consequential call. Gus playing tiddlywinks with qb's and the play calling was why we lost, not because we made sure we didn't get beat over our heads on 3rd and 40.

I think beatbammers overarching point was that our loss was indeed multifactorial with a heavy lean on the fact we fricking suck. The refs just didnt help.

There were about 100 reasons why we lost today, "officating" falling somewhere between 80 and 90.

Speaking of special teams can we find a punter next year that can punt down the field for christ sakes. Yea opponents dont return punts much but thats bc he just kicks it straight up with no distance
