In other news…. I’m at the hospital with the wife. It’s baby day.

Enjoy the next 18 years, because they go so fast. Who said, "the days are long and the years are short," is a genius.
Try to enjoy the phase you're in. Seemed like I was always trying to get to the next phase with my kids. "If they'd just sleep thru the night, if they'd just feed themselves, if they'd just get out of diapers, if they'd just bathe themselves..."
You can literally do that until the just leave the house. Enjoy that baby & love your wife. These next few weeks are tiring, but truly a blessing.
