Do you guys thing we could swing Chip Kelly from UCLA? Now that Kiffin, Freeze, Fickel, Rhule are out, I like Chip a lot more than people like Franklin. I've had Kelly in mind for a while, but never brought it up.
Josh Pate made a good point about him today. The reason Kelly wasn't pursued heavily is because he has an NFL mentality and hates recruiting. But, as Pate said, that doesn't matter in 2022. You buy your team now. And remember, Kelly made Oregon what it is now.
My only problem is he is getting up there in age. He's 59, so he prolly has 7-8 good years left in him.
