Saban tried tried to hire him at Bama (OC), but the SEC said no. He can coach, but his character is the question mark. You are correct that Freeze has little opportunity, so we put him on the back burner, for now.

It can be true Freeze loves his players and that’s great. Maybe I’m harsh on him as a coach but as a person I don’t see the integrity, I see the kool aid act.
Freeze needs to find a different program. If he has served his punishment then he is free to do as he pleases. West Virginia can get him. Anybody can get him but apparently we should be the ones to get him? Why. Something isn’t sitting right there.

It will never happen but I don’t see how we can’t entertain him at the very least. Give him 4-6 mil a year with massive incentives

It’s sad that we even have to worry about it just 2 years after the attempted Steele coup. I guess some boosters haven’t given up their dream of being assistant head coach yet.

Yeah he isn’t on anyone else’s short list and the way he keeps lobbying for this job in his pressers is weird. I think he knows we’re his only shot at getting back in the big leagues.

At this point any coach we hire will be a gamble. I want to gamble with a guy 5*s will flock to. Deion is the only answer. frick it. Give him $5-6 million to put a staff together. Sanders and Caddy would get those boys fired up too
