I donated like $25 or $30 earlier in the year and got access to the donor board. Red seems pretty confident on his info this time around. The usual suspects over there seem clueless on what's happening next.

Neal could very well have solid sources but I doubt he actually has anything either. Plus everything I’ve seen from his has been more hoping/campaigning for Kiffin to stay there.

Neal's position right now is that of an old man's disdain for younger writers trying to get clicks - you see he's the one with integrity.
He's strictly positioning himself as the wise elder who can possibly later look down on any predictions.
He knows nothing. And pretty much has hate for Marcello predicting Lane to AU.
Also, probably so lazy he doesn't want to deal with a coaching search.

I think most people realize that he’d want that job. I mean who wouldn’t? You are stuck following the goat but you inherit as good of a roster as any team in the country.
But he also has been vocal about the lack of support he’s gotten at OM, got pissed in the post game interview when all the OM people were giddy about how many yards they had, as well as how little of his salary he actually takes home.
He very well could wait out Saban at OM in hopes he gets the job, but I wouldn’t be shocked at all if he says “I can win elsewhere.”
