It's 100% Lashlee. Everything between now and him being announced as HC involving any other candidate is window dressing to give the illusion we looked at several people.

As much as I love Chadwell, he's similar to Harsin in that he just wants to be a ball coach, and at this level, you've got to do more than just that.
Replace Monken with Lebby, and then move Lebby up to Tier 2.

We aren't firing Harsin. But if we do, expect to pay 10 MM a year. That will get us Kiffin.

Harsin was fired in the off-season. We just haven’t made it official yet. Boosters have taken back control and will hire someone they feel comfortable throwing their money behind.

I'd love Aranda, Kiffin, or Rhule.
I understand it'll be Lashlee, because Auburn.
Deion could be a great HC at a major program someday. He's also a huge gamble due to his limited coaching resume. If we hired him, we could plummet into the abyss, the likes of TN. Or it could be a moonshot. Very high risk, potentially high reward.

Aranda and Kiffin make sense. But why are people high on Rhule? He was 19-20 (.487) at Baylor and apparently his NFL career is not going well. What am I missing?
