Stop the bitching for one second!!!
JJ Pegues just took a 4th and 4direct snap near his own goal line and looked like William fridge Perry because he was met at the line of scrimmage and achieved the first down.
That was amazing!
frick Harsin, and Lanier!!

Well, I didn’t do it all on my own, but you’re welcome anyway!

No shite! All you Prime boys seem to think that! All I read is how "Prime will bring the recruits". Not one mention of how good of a coach he is. Yet, you and the other people salivating about the thought of some Prime meat in your mouth, keep tellong me and everybody else, that's the way to go.
We have to find a coach who will beat the weeds for good players AND can coach! Nobody has any idea if Sanders can coach worth a shite, because 1. He has two more years of experience coaching college football than I have, and I've never coached a down. 2. His competition is pathetic at best. 3. He's a media darling, same as Paris Hilton was, and the Kardashians now.

Starting to think Derek Mason wasn’t the problem

It's almost like folks will think he'll be able to out-talent the Gumps and UGA.

Not one time did I say 18 year old true freshmen can lead their team to the promised land.

The buyout is apparently small so this has zero bearing on his chances of being at AU

1) he also played at the highest level for 10+ years and knows the game. It’s not like it’s a random fricking HS coach coming up
2) were pathetic
3) today is all about media and nothing would be better than to give him a shot. We would overnight be the hottest destination for 5* recruits, something we have NEVER been.

I just can't wrap my head around just why you, and others, are pushing Sanders so hard. His resume is so thin, you could use it as tint on your car window. Yet, I can't get a solid response from any of his fan boys other that what y'all "Think he'll do" based on nothing but hopes and dreams.
Name any other coach mentioned in this 200+ page thread, and I can make a case for them based on what they've done with their decades of experience. I can't even start with Sanders, because all he has is a 5* and a 4* get, along with a bunch of portal transfers who couldn't sniff the field at the school they originally signed with. His team isn't even the top rank FCS team.

Deion is a gamble because of his recruiting abilities. Thanks to NIL even if he did leave I think we could still keep his talent. That’s my opinion. That opinion is just as fine as frog hair and superior than Bill O Brien and Bill Clark.

Heupel wasn't a "splash hire", like I'm being told we need. Yet, he's put together a team, and got his unheralded QB as the Heisman front runner.
If you didn't know he was a good coach before he was hired at TN then you weren't paying attention. He has been a good coach for a while. Learned under Stoops and was a good HC at UCF. We should have hired him instead of Harsin

Dexter Manley played at the highest level for a while, too. Lawrence Taylor is arguably the best defensive player to ever play, why isn't he on the list. He has almost as much coaching experience as Sanders.
As much as you'd like to believe your #3, a thinking person doesn't. Sander's claim to current fame is the signing of Travis Hunter. A guy recruited by Saban and Kirby. Remind me, that year he signed with JSU how many 5* did those two guys end up signing? How many the next year? Year before? You don't think the average HS athelete sees the big picture when it comes down to making a decision? If I have pro ambitions, I want to know if the guy recruiting me is capable of coaching me up to get to that level. Y'all all want to think recruiting will be off the charts with Sanders, but you seem to forget all those years Gus had top ten classes, and what he ended up doing. Gus couldn't develop a QB to save his life, but he could get them to sign the papers. Want more of that?

People love prime. He’s a star. Has gravitas. Recruiting would be great and he’d probably assemble a great staff. Heck his current staff is better than ours. It’s easy to see the upside with prime. He’s clearly a risk but not sure why you can’t see the allure

He led the nation in plays per game and averaged over 40 ppg. Lastly! Unlike Malzahn running up the middle on tempo, he has a whole variety of plays in tempo.

He was a splash hire yes.
Napier was more well known than either of those two.

It took Tennessee 5 coaches to get to someone who is proving to be decent. Let’s not forget what Malzahn did his first year here. There is never a sure fire, hire. Why not take a chance on someone who is going to give us national publicity immediately?

False. I have proof of defending Heupel last year while he was getting blown out by Bama last year. Note: I’ll never defend Harsin’s coaching
