Also a new AD is probably lined up but and maybe reaching out to hone his list and having PTB find if they are interested (Speculation on my part). Then Post season or playoff announcement the firing will commence.

AD should be hired this week. Harsin won't be fired mid-season. Grimes will be the next coach. Just summarizing the most likely outcomes RN.

I think you are correct on part and incorrect on the other.
I think it's gonna be Rich named AD just a gut feeling and Charles Kelly named the coach still just a gut feeling.
