Technically yes

But I’d use it anyway

There have been plenty of freshman who have made a major impact at this level lately.

I'll allow it.

Seems like Aranda and Deion would be the hardest to negative recruit. Especially Deion after he's met momma and charmed the hell out of her

The Freeze love really does confuse me. Auburn fans get so buried in the weeds on this stuff.

I completely missed that WR Van Jefferson played on that team because it wasn’t highlighted NFL. He only caught 50 passes for the Rams last year and became a Super Bowl champ.

Dude cheated poorly but put together an offensive dream team very well.

Now, Hugh has never developed a player up to their full potential. Look at that 2013 Recruiting class: how many of those top players went on to have successful NFL careers?
poor logic. A college coach's responsibility is to prepare him to be draftable.

Its the NFL coach's responsibility to make the player successful in the NFL.

Donte Moncrief, Bo Wallace, Evan Engram, Chad Kelly, Laremy Tunsil, Treadwell, Nkemdiche. Hell he had more 1st round pics in a single year than Auburn had in Gus's entire tenure

Not really. He said top recruited players. Recruiting rankings are supposed to be based on draftability. That’s what E said anyway.

Not really.Yes really. Developing college players for the NFL is a college coach's responsibility.

100% wrong but a common misconception. It’s a NFL coach’s responsibility to develop NFL players. It’s a NFL GM’s responsibility to identify guys that can develop.

A college coach’s responsibility starts and ends with winning games. Ain’t no coach ever got fired for bad recruiting rankings, no NFL players, but lots of championships

Winning is the goal. Winning means you’ve probably recruited well and developed guys into NFL players. But plenty of guys have recruited and produced NFL talent and got fired because they didn’t win.
