Come on now. Quit making stuff up. People said give Finley a shot when we saw the same old Nix again. Nothing about Finley being a lot better. When your QB is doing absolutely nothing to move the offense, any fanbase would be calling for trying something different. Happens all over the country. Nix isn’t special to criticism.

I’ve seen exactly 1 person on here that thinks Finley is the answer and should be the starter next season.

At the time, they thought he was a much better QB overall. Had many arguments with people. I was reasonable. If you thought he was better in that game, I agreed. If you thought it was a toss up moving forward and you wanted Finley to start just to change it up, I could respect that but disagreed. Then you had people thinking Finley is a good QB, those are the people we’re talking about. And they were here. Trust me.

Bo had interview with Jboy, said he is looking at a school that needs a QB.
I really think this came down to he wanted to be guaranteed the starting spot.
