8 catches 101 yards and two TDs so far today.

If Jones knew how to identify and react to blitzes, he’d be really good. When he’s on, he favors Slayton which is a plus.

Chad Johnson
@ochocinco
Slayton has proven to be a number 1 receiver in NY if he remains consistent

I always felt Slayton and Ryan Davis were underrated at Auburn. We utilized Davis well but felt we could have used Slayton more. Some of his struggles were here were his own doing too but he always seemed to have untapped talent to me

Slayton is running all routes well and considered to have great hands. He was sorely under valued by Gus.

I’m impressed.

I was not a believer.

He’s proven me wrong.

Good for him.

Time for me to start buying Slayton stock. If I did money DFS leagues, I could have already made a bunch with him.

I told you idiots that Slayton was a real talent and that he was smart to enter the draft. He could have (and now obviously should have) gone as high as the 3rd round. He has easy high-end NFL athleticism and showed real growth playing in a horrendous offensive system, even if his usage made it hard to see that.

Slayton always has the talent. We all saw it. We just didn’t use him well as our passing scheme is elementary as hell. He did have hand problems, but he’s really put in the work to correct that.

Cam may not be the answer for the Panthers anymore, but that organization won’t get off that easy. Kyle Allen isn’t the answer either.

Feels like Allen could’ve been intercepted 3-4 times now on this final drive
