The same guy told me Pearl would be our next HC on Sunday night. He has a solid track record.

according to Urban Dictionary:

TOP DEFINITION
KB
Kitchen Bitch
Do you know what KB stands for? Kitchen bitch...so get off your arse and do the dishes, KB.

Oh, I thought it stood for "Go frick yourself".

Wasn't it announced that KB and Art were out of the running?

Honestly I would be good with that if Art comes as an off-field offensive advisor to help him and work with the quarterbacks. Not sure we need a guy so young without a lack of standing on his own yet.

Art has been said not to be in consideration. That was made publicly. I have seen some say that Head of Compliance won't sign off on Kendall, but haven't seen that as a solid report. Just internet stuff on Kendall.

The thing is, if it's Kendall, we get the best of both worlds. Kendall gets his advice and Art isn't a part of Auburn.

I have said this before and i will say it here. I know a lot of people don't like the idea of Art but the stuff that went on at Baylor were legal and criminal issues, as a coach it shouldn't be your responsibility to launch investigations into criminal matters and you certainly can't judge people on it.

It doesn't matter. There is a reason why he is sitting unemployed. We are not hiring him.

Seems like Gus wants someone with more experience than KBriles. Someone he can trust to hand over the offense to. That's why I think Spavital or Lindsey would be the best bets for our situation. Plus both guys are at least somewhat familiar of what Gus likes to do but also didn't completely get molded (or brainwashed) by Gus.

More experience ? Spavital has no real experience coaching an offense on his own

Every OC job and coaching job he has had was under an established HC who was known for offensive production

Gus knows he needs an OC that can develop a QB and bring a more sophisticated passing tree. I think he feels like he and Herb Hand is all you need for the running game. I don't see his running playbook being altered at all.

And it shouldn't be. Our passing scheme needs a major upgrade tho.
