JGT now saying he isn’t liking what he is hearing. I’m guessing Davis found another opportunity.

Harsin is not going to survive two years

Can’t argue with that. It’s one thing getting fans on board, it’s another that we cannot get an OC on board.

It’s going to be a tough sell to anybody who actually wants to be a real offensive coordinator, that’s the issue with the situation they are in. I’m a pretty negative guy but I have had too much ammo this offseason.
Possibly go through 2 OC, a DC, and DL coach. Lose starting QB, top returning WR and depth pieces on DL in the portal. Don’t pick up any WR or OL in the portal either, could also go 0 for 3 on the last remaining targets for NSD.

It’s laughable at this point.

Not really.

If Harsin is bent on calling plays he can find someone just like AD, maybe not in the NFL but college like Gus did a couple times for his OC.
A lot of Offensive HCs like to call their own plays so I don’t see a major issue. Especially since they are just steering 2023 recruiting and putting together plans for spring.

I just hope it’s not another Boise guy.

24/7 reporting he likely isn't coming and had been away from program for a week

What a shite show Harsin

I'm expecting Keisau or however you spell it to be promoted at this point

Hoke says Davis stepped away last week possibly due to the recruiting aspect and said Kiesau turned down the OC job before Davis. What an absolute dumpster fire this program is going to be in a year once Tank, Wooden, Hall, Pappoe, and the 4 OL super seniors leave.

Lord if this is true I don't know what to say. I am beginning to wonder if this bunch are in over their heads.

He probably just said the same thing.

This is not on Harsin. He can know a young guy who wants to learn as a OC just realized he doesn’t want to recruit or start his training in college.

If he finds another college then my post blows up. If he goes back to NFL he never wanted to leave in the first place.

Dark times ahead. I had hope on the offensive side cause Davis looked to be a good hire. With this, its certain our offense is going to be terrible again

Bottom line for me is someone needs to say something. Harsin or Davis should explain

It absolutely is on Harsin, you don’t go in depth with someone you are hiring? Cmon man. Harsin has more staff turnover and less on the field success in his first year than Gus had in his worst year.

Respect to him for knowing his limits .. I have no idea who we could get at this point then. Maybe we can make a call to Joe Brady still lol
