I think, as fans, we get to gripe and second guess. But our opinion and 1.99 will get you a soda.

If you give a guy the keys, you need to hand them over completely. Harsin must know the expectations, so I say let him live or die by the hires he makes.

I hope he gets it done, but I always hoped Gus would turn into a great coach as well.

And this is an Auburn FAN forum. Should be ok to be at least optimistic about what is supposed to be your favorite team. Bitch about all things Auburn, then call yourself a fan? Wouldn’t it make sense to follow a team that does at least something you like?

It’s ok to have different opinions. I’m just voicing mine. I said last year Bobo was a terrible hire by Harsin, and that was right. My opinion is Hill would be another bad hire. If you don’t think so, that’s your opinion. I want to see Auburn succeed. Some on here could care less whether Auburn wins a championship or goes 6-6. More power to those people. But don’t question someone’s fanhood for wanting more for the program that they’ve cheered for all their life.

Yeah frick everything we had planned.. Go get Joe Brady.

No clue what Matt Rhule is doing by firing him.. Not his fault Rhule wanted Darnold and that CMC got hurt. Rhule gonna be looking for a job after next year lol

Another nugget from Clemente:

We talked with 3-star WR Camden Brown who was in on an official visit this weekend. Here's what he said about the OC search when asked:

"They’ll find out about the OC probably next week."

"Harsin going to be involved with the offense a lot more."

I realize this works other places sometimes, but as an Auburn fan, I now have cold sweats and may have trouble sleeping tonight with this thought in my head.

I had a deja vu moment myself. The whole nugget looked too familiar

The recruits will find out, or the coaches?

Bottom line is that the OL needs to improve for us to get better. They’re limiting what we can do.

why? Theoretically he is one of Harsin’s trusted coaches thus he will
follow Harsin’s plan. Maybe Harsin’s influence increases in an indirect way.

Because if he is indeed one of Harsin’s trusted coaches, why would Harsin need to be involved more?

Would seem the opposite would be true with an OC he trusts.

I don’t get this fam.

If the OC is doing what Harsin wants then yeah Harsin isn’t as involved but Hardin’s influence is still there.

If anything it’s Grimes that wouldn’t fit. Grimes would need a lot of say and near autonomy.

That's sounds like it might be a coach calling plays for the first time or someone who was a passing game coordinator and not full OC

Count me as someone who could care less whether we win a championship. In fact, a lot less
