Baylor beat a ranked Texas squad on the road last night. Since they didn’t pull an Auburn I imagine that means they secured a one seed.

Just do what I'm doing at this point....
Secure regular season championship
Look to make a run in SEC tourney
Then hope for the best come tourney time

Yep. To me Baylor and Gonzaga pretty much have 1 seeds locked up. The other two are there for the taking still

Yep and they have the most quad 1 wins of any team in the top 10. They are peaking and getting rewarded for it.
we're treading water and we are sliding a little at a time unless we figure how to play on the road and beat the avg teams more easily.
It's going to have to be improved guard play IMO. That wins tourneys...

Yeah unfortunately we deserve a 2 seed. I know @arky @florida and @Tennessee were tough situations but a 1 seed has to pick one of those off.
And we had ample opportunity to pick them all off. And that’s the great news. The worst news is we can easily blow a win too.

A lot of change can happen in the next 2 weeks. Auburn wins the regular season outright and wins the tourney they are probably the number 1 over all in the committee’s ranking.
With that said I’m not worrying over seeding yet. State then USCe. Then we get some rest and see what happens in the SEC tourney. Gonzaga loses in their tournament no way they should be a 1 seed. Arizona doesn’t win the rest of the regular season and win 1 in their tournament they fall. Hell we could fall to a 3 or possibly a 4 seed if we just crumbled.
Win the next game. Move on

Tonight we are playing to hold a one seed and to clinch at least a share of the conference title in the conference that is probably the strongest in the country at the top. Let’s go!!!
