I went to Rupp when we played there in 2019 as it was the last game we lost before going on the crazy run to the Final Four.

That was a hyped up game on CBS just like this one. Rupp was loud but nothing I haven’t seen at Thompson-Boling, Coleman Coliseum, The Hump, Bud Walton, or any other venue I’ve seen in person.

Rupp is historic and their fans are similar to that of Alabama fans at Bryant Denny. They expect to win so they don’t get wild.

I'm with you. We've made beating UK normal. We've won 3 of the last 5 and 5 of the last 10. We are past rushing the court on a January game unless it's just some insane finish.

The team definitely doesn't need to be to hyped up and missing all kinds of crazy shots. Just go out and play our game. Hopefully that is for a W. Win and move on. We got much bigger dreams then beating Kentucky.

Like SEC Championship, SECT championship, NCAA tourney dreams...

lol good one never heard that one before. I was a college athlete chump. Have 400 plus wins as a high school baseball coach. Multiple state championship as player, asst coach, and head coach. Was a football Offensive coordinator for years. Admittingly I was totally average as an OC.

Speaking of JV teams we can at least get back to basketball. Son's team is 18-3 on the season. Got the county tourney and then 2 home games to go. Should be the favorite for the rest remaining. And yeah we are some small private school just whipping all these 6A teams asses. We are either 8-2 or 7-2 on the season against 6A teams. Clay-Chalkville got us pretty good. We beat the shite out of Briarwood, Pelham, and Mortimer-Jordan 20 balled all them. Jordan has to have the worst fans in the world same last year at our place their fans were trying to fight the refs. This year at their place they were trying to intimidate the players. We are 5A and lost 1 game against another 5A team and we crapped that one away after being up by 15 and lost focus we returned the favor when we play them at their place and finished them off. They score somewhere between 50-60 each game and that's in 6 minute quarters. That would be like scoring 80-90 in college timed games.
