Lead off double. Let’s make some noise.

man we are looking at too many strike 3s. Cather is really helping his pitcher out and we are getting killled by strikes on the corner.

Needed at least one more that inning. Bottom of the lineup is gonna have to step up.

Damn. It's a shame we couldn't do more with that start to the inning and knock DeLucia out with runners on 1st and 2nd w/no outs and a run in already.

Oh well, gotta hold em here.

Nice start to the inning by Skipper. 5th strikeout. Nice outing by him.

And the 2nd put on one pitch as I'm typing. Let's go. Need the bats.

Nice job by Skipper to stop the bleeding. 5 Ks and then a quick fly out and a weak groundout to 1st on top of his strikeouts in the previous innings.

Pick him up bats...

Nobody is hitting but going back to the Super the bottom of our lineup is just hopeless. I mean just awful at bats. Not good enough to win at this level.

It’s either strike out looking at sure strikes or pitiful swings

I know it's a different level of competition but man it's hard to believe the team we've seen the last three games compared to what we saw at the beginning of the post season.

Pretty much now the goal becomes to just win one game. Bats have to come alive.

Part of it is competition but a good bit of it feels mental and self-inflicted.

Yea, it's got to be mental at this point. Outs are one thing but we are just flailing up there for the most part.

Very tough loss. A team we are very comparable to. And it’s a difficult way to get back to win our side of the bracket. Have to win 4 straight now. 1 at a time. Players are trying but Rambusch and LaRue have been horrible at the plate

And LaRue to be a big guy has a decent looking swing. There is no way he picks up pitches early enough. Hell as much power as he has and as many strike outs he racks up just go up there guessing each time. With his frame ability to shite down a run game he’s almost a lock to get drafted at some point.

Seriously though as a coach you just need to make it simple for him. See the ball hit the barrel. Go from there

I’ve always thought a catcher would be able to see the ball better?
