21-7. These baseballs are juiced in the regionals this year. The amount of runs scored today amongst all games is absurd.

That was fun. I'm glad it's over though. A four hour plus baseball game.

I’d imagine it’ll be Mason Barnett.

FSU pitchers threw 290 pitches tonight. The 21 runs given up by FSU is the 2nd most in program history.

let em go to 13-15 innings in the first game tomorrow. After that, let’s put another 15+ on the board and move on

Mlb balls this year are awful. They may have the leftovers from last year tho

Son has been having a blast down in Auburn this weekend. He’s staying with Chase Isbell. Chase has to hit the sack early obviously but my son been hanging with Jarquez and Sean Jackson a lot as well. Been with Dazalin some. They all went to school together sean my son and Dazalin. Also been with Zep Wendell and Dylan from basketball and another dude named Chandler that is walking on the basketball team (not Leopold). Chase trying to get my son to walk-on at AU to play baseball. He’s a couple years older then my son but they played against each other as teens.

Anyway no inside baseball to pass along. They are moving Chase Isbell to a closer role tho. He’s hitting 92-93 consistently now. He said he should be around 94 by next spring.

I got there early and didn't wear sunscreen and I'm cooked. We still haven't used any first line bullpen arms (Skipper, Allsup, Shaheen, Burkhalter), but Swilling and Anderson looked more like they did early in the season yesterday. It's only one outing and maybe it was difficult for them to focus because we were winning by so much. I still wish they would have looked better. Overall its hard to complain about a two touchdown baseball win. If Barnett can give us four innings and we continue to have good at bats I think we can advance today.
