You don’t avoid firing a coach because they haven’t lost the locker room. You do fire a coach when they don’t win enough on the field.

Attrition and poor evaluation/development on the DL is really showing itself this season. A lot of attention is being paid to the ends and pass rush but the interior is pretty weak right now

Garner's inconsistent defensive line recruiting has caught up with us in terms of depth, we are too young and our DE play sucks.
