Hokanson is saying it's a due diligence move because we can't wait around on Tyrin. A&M is in on this kid too so still no guarantee we get either one.
This kid does look intriguing to me though. 46% from 3 on almost 5 attempts per game in JUCO. Scored 17 points in 17 min against Creighton in the NCAA tourney.

Last night at Ambush Bruce said he's not worried about Johni leaving. Plans to help him work on FT shooting and defense next year.

Also, let's not forget Bruce gifted Will Macoy a scholarship for his sr year as well and I'll bet he logged 10 minutes of play if he was that lucky.
