Frazier had Fulse AND Lutz wide open on the play where he scrambled for 8 yards. He's not very good at going through progressions as it is, and the first hint of pressure in the pocket makes it worse.

that's why I dont understand why we don't give him more quick throws. He seems to do better when he just has to take a step and throw

Oline play is the difference. Wilson has all the time in the world, Frazier considerably less so.
