For you recruiting experts: what recruit that was seriously close to committing to us but did not would make the most difference on the Auburn team now? All I can come up with is Yeldon, but I dont follow it as close as some of you guys.

I don't follow as closely either, but I would say Foster based on what I have heard about Bama's fall practice.
With that said, I couldn't stand the kid's drama and flipping.

Kouandjio, Yeldon, probably Foster considering depth.

Cyrus Kuoandrijo or whatever... he'd have LT locked down and Greg Robinson would have RT... as it stands now, RT is up in the air.
Not that it's that big of a deal... no one guy will make or break this team (unless there was a QB, but I can't think of any)... the things that will improve our season are discipline and attitude.

Foster. LB is our weakest area where we lost a big time recruit.

It really is amazing, our ability to completely miss on LB's the past few years.

Cyrus, that DB that ended up at Florida.

CJ Mosley or Marcus Roberson

Marcus Roberson... but i'm sure our previous staff of DB coaches would've found a way to royally screw up his development, just like they did for every other DB on the roster.

Cyrus Kouanjio, TJ Yeldon, Petey Smith, Tana Patrick, Reuben Foster, Greg Reid, Lache Seastrunk, Marcus Lattimore, Ray Drew, Marcus Roberson, Eddie Goldman, Stefon Diggs, Jameis Winston (admittedly, this one may be a stretch), Channing Ward, and Leonard Williams are all players that Auburn could've landed, and they all considered Auburn very strongly.
Whether or not they would've made a great impact with the past coaching staff here, who knows...

Honestly, I'd rather have these guys not flame out. Whether grades, discipline, not giving a shite, or injury.
Tyrik Rollison
Eric Mack
Ed Christian
Jawara White
Antonio Goodwin
Florence
J. Robinson
Talk about wasted talent...

Leonard Williams is another good one... he could have one of the DE spots locked up, although I'm not sure how he's doing at USCw.

He was in beastmode for being so young.
