Not what I wanted. Auburn people are special regardless of whether they attended Auburn or not. It is a family I am happy to belong to and I welcome all who love it as much as I do.

The “what does that make me” is either a dumb or defensive question. I’ll let you pick which you want it to be.

It's pretty clear he was following along with my post.

Why are you riding that douche canoe so cheerfully lately?

Auburn needs more sidewalk fans. I don’t get the point of these uppity alumni posts.

I have further thoughts but I’ll just leave it alone.

I dont know about you but I carry a special bond with the Auburn fans that could've rooted for a superior rival popular witin their locality but knew there was something special about the other team across the state thus decided to go on the long roads of mediocrity and HS coaches.

Sidewalker, present. Majority of my family graduated from Auburn. My uncle played basketball there in the early 70s. I took the free education on a football scholarship to JSU, but I was an Auburn fan since birth. Contribute NIL to both schools. 2015 game was a very strange feeling for me.

4th generation family here. I'm 3rd gen AU grad, my oldest and middle kids are 4th gen.

Dad, mom, grandfather, and my wife are all AU grads.

Some of the most diehard fans I know are "sidewalkers."

Wife is an alum, and I married into it.
