These people don't improve anything. They just show up and get paid great money for fricking nothing. This job has been around for 50+ years. They don't have to build anything so they don't really know shite. That way that retard Jay Jobs lasted so long when he writes an official memo at a 5th grade level.

The $ is there but I imagine the biggest thing holding the boosters up is knowing who they’ll be paying before Gus gets the axe. You have to know who and how much before we fire Gus. The other thing that I feel is a great incentive is the fans and AD have given Gus every opportunity to be successful. If this was 2015 no way we’d hire anyone worth a shite if we fired the last ones after 3 & 4 years
