He’s an absolute stud as a player and athlete, just very unfortunate in the height category, but he is pretty stocky. If you’re going to be that short, don’t be that short and also like 160 lbs. Very much just a shorter Deebo Samuel style guy, who is already pretty short

He also just made the move from Southside to Selma HS, along with his HC and the QB who threw for 5k yards and 60 TD as an 8th grader.
I have a buddy that coaches at Selma HS. He told me this kid really looks up to Duke and Eric Smith.

So what I took away from J Lee’s comments, was that Tuesday was when they were announcing, not that both were committing necessarily but I could be wrong. I’ve heard conflicting reports regarding Simmons. I thought he was all Auburn until we heard reports that he was leaning bama after his visit last weekend, that we were going to have to really impress on his visit. And since then, I haven’t heard anything positive for Auburn, so.. idk which way to think. My gut says bama
