If they don’t spend extra money on kromah or terry and land one of the two…
Posted on 12/4/24 at 12:24 pm to Mlove90
I would be shocked if we land Terry. Kirby cleans up on the top instate DL and OL.

I’ve seen people saying we won’t get either of them, had their been anything new come up today or just people speculating?

More ticked off with how coaches kept tweeting out bs even last night. Kanyotta tweeted after losing Marshall I believe to keep watching. Been watching for a few hours now and seen no sign of anything new.

So 2021-19th, 2022- 21st. 2023- 19th, 2024-8th 2025-6th.
Still need 2 more cycles and some good portal players to cover up the 2022 and 2023 classes.

Wait, you guys expect to be ahead of the big money AND results (recently) gang?
Well, we’ve been told all year to shut up and pipe down and to not look at Hugh Freeze’s Win/Loss record and that his primary focus is on recruiting and he will save the program.

We landed the 2-6 and 8-10 recruits instate with the majority being top 100 players nationwide which is a massive get. The best bammer recruit is No. 15. I would have been really pissed if Bama took Offord and some of the others in the top 10.

And yet we managed to land a lesser class than bama whose legendary head coach retired and didn’t show the same results on the field this year as previous years. Not trying to be a Debbie downer but these are the stats we have to win to see changes imo.

Product on the field was terrible this year. I am thankful we have held onto the key core of this class. Anything in the top 10 is a bonus in my view given the state of the actual football program. Could have been a better day today, but I promise it could have been way worse.

I think this will be one of the most talented Auburn rosters EVER but that won't change the disappointed of today. We had the opportunity to really make a statement and we dropped the ball in the end. That doesn't mean that this isn't a very good class.

No doubt you’re right in that regard. It could have been worse. Most of the angst comes from false promises about naeem.

Offord went to the highest bidder man. It’s got nothing to do with how hard we recruited him or our record or anything.

Hugh really laid an egg the last week. I know it’s tough because of the shite season but that’s on him too.
Lost Offord, Dice, Grady, Marshall, Kromah, Arnoux, most likely Terry, and possibly Starr while gaining a 3 star.
While it’s a good class the last week has been terrible. More money for the portal I suppose.

I can live with that. It’s harder to live with after hugh talked it up. He can’t keep doing that and missing.

Anyone whining about this recruiting class is either a brand new Auburn fan, or a massive vagina

There is never enough runway for the FB coach at AU in the shadows of Bama and UGA. Hugh had two years to crap the bed but from now on, results on the field determines a lot if not everything.

Or a fan of reality. We missed on a good bit and haven’t replaced what we lost but okay..

Definitely a tough day, I had been told since the beginning of last year we'd finish top 3 in this class, cards just didn't fall right.
Still think we have a good shot at Terry, but I'm always skeptical pulling a dline away from UGA.
