Yeah, lots of interviews of kids saying the environment was great and all the typical stuff.

I don't know much about him, but looking at his ranking, offer list, and size is he a take right now? Has he been blowing up lately and expecting a big rise when rankings update or is he size just listed wrong? I'm assuming I'm just missing something..

I think he’s one of those kids that we’ll take as a commit and monitor through the year to see how he develops. Had a few in last years class too.

Seems like he’s a good athlete.

Chad posted something about him saying he was going to commit somewhere Monday, but is holding off now.

Carde Smith announcing this week. That was the other one I thought could pop this week. Seems like a good sign.

Pinkston/On3 seems to think Auburn has the edge over A&M for 4* QB Husan Longstreet

He announces Sunday

I think we lead for Longstreet right now as well. What does aTm want to spend? If they want to go premium price on Longstreet I’m not sure we do the same.

All Longstreet right now. If they miss on him I would guess they will put more work on Juju.

Juju is still showing up. I think the staff would take any of the 3 with KJ Lacey if any where ready to commit

I guess the next question is, if Longstreet commits do we stop recruiting Juju and Lacey? Don't get me wrong, I like Longstreet, but I don't see how you could stop recruiting Juju or turn him down if he wanted in.

I mean I doubt they just stop all communication but the staff apparently really, really likes Longstreet.

I would say dollar for dollar the pecking order for the staff is

1A Longstreet
1B Juju
1C KJ

No we won’t stop communication with any of the 3 because you never know what might happen late. However QBs normally stick but it’s a different world now

Doubt either would come on board with Longstreet committed, especially the year after Walker White.

Every few years you’d like to get two top guys somehow, still.

That's basically why I ask. Lacey is good, but to me JuJu is a future 1st round pick and the top QB this year.. I just wonder if he wanted in later do we push Longstreet out, try to take both, or just take Longstreet and shut it down.. My opinion is that Juju is a guy you do whatever it takes to land and let the rest work itself out, but as Corch said the coaches could like Longstreet just as much.

Jonesy is right, neither of those kids would want to be in the same class at the same school.

Longstreet transferred to Centennial to play with/against the best, he will be very well coached by the time he arrives on campus, hopefully to the good guys.

When Longstreet picks on the 14th. Bet you he shuts down visits and starts recruiting for that school.

JuJu is already committed and his daddy is shopping him til signing day..

We need a "committed" QB. Next time you eat breakfast, that chicken made a contribution, that bacon....well that pig made a commitment.
