We are playing #1, 3, 5 and 7. Played 3, 5 and 7 on the road. Pretty tough schedule.

I think we did good to take two considering how awful it is. We need to make some changes with our staff.

How do we take 2 of 3 on the road to the #2 RPI team and drop 1 spot from 34 to 35. Baseball RPI makes no sense

We are currently set at a 3 seed in the big tournament. We more than likely won’t be available as a 4 seed in any regional because those generally go to an auto qualifier.
I’m not sure I might invert the pitching this weekend and let vail go Sunday. Could almost assure yourself one win if he pitches the way he has for weeks. He’s in the top 10 in the conference in pitching now. Just don’t need to get swept this weekend at home. I might would go 3,2,1 for the rotation. Or tell your long relievers Friday night is your game. Each of you give me 9 outs and we gonna win this series. Just some coaching gamesmanship

I agree Corch. Skenes is automatic but they have struggled on Sundays.

Allsup if he can just have a couple outings of success. We don’t need a no hitter just give us 6 innings of 3 run ball.

He is our weakest starter, IMO. Put him against their stud and let's try and take the next two. If we get a fluke tomorrow night, even better.

LSU’s ace struck out 15 and we lost 3-1. Respectable start to the series. Need to take today with Vail going. Then hopefully get some magic on Sunday. LSU hasn’t lost a series all season

Skenes was dealing. His 99 and 100 pitch were 98 mph Proud of our P last night, we just couldn’t get anything going offensively.
