Meh, I don’t see Philon as an instant impact guy and given the fact that he’s shown he likes to change his mind a lot, I would be surprised if he finished at the school he starts at.

Exactly. With the way the transfer rules are set up unless they're a legit one and done prospect you're better off getting a lot of these kids the second time around when they're actually ready to compete at the college level.

There is another end of the spectrum where you got a bunch of vets coming in wanting to get their shots up because nobody has time for teamwork.

I remember when Bruce had to play Malcom Canada some at the 4 spot because we had no depth or size.

Talk of Philon to bama. Don’t get that fit at all. I 100% understand Oats wanting Aden. He’s experienced and has potential to be a great 3 pt shooter. Philon on the other hand struggles from 3 and is more of a driving guard. If Sears goes pro I’m curious if Oats tries to grab another, veteran G.

In state kid that was committed to us for a while. He’s good but I’m not as sold as others he’s the type that can come in and dominate as a freshman. He’d be a nice piece for anyone though

Yeah their roster is shaping up nicely. AU vs Bama is bigger than UNC vs Duke next season.

Cliff is visiting UNC and UCLA next week. Hopefully he goes that direction.
If they don't get Cliff and Sears doesn't return I see them as more of a top 20 roster. If both of them end up with Bama they are a top 5 roster.
I see Auburn as a top 5 roster as well if we can fill out the 4 spot.
