Yeah it comes off as childish and uninformed when your dad is getting his arse whipped in every head to head recruiting battle against other top SEC teams.

.

while true, I put both of those losses on the D scheme and D play calling. They were both abominations.

I know we tend to be a cynical and critical bunch here but I don’t think we need to look too far into the teenage daughter and wife of Harsin supporting him on social media in 2022

Maybe I’m in the minority. Just wouldn’t expect many balanced opinions from them. Kristi was pretty defensive at times in the Gus era. Mullen’s wife was weird. Saban’s daughter has countless regrettable comments. Jimbo’s whole family has blown up publicly. Ed O’s girlfriend was part of his downfall at LSU. It’s just par for the course these days.

I think it just shows the mindset of Harsin himself tbh, he probably doesn’t see an issue with his recruiting.

But the guy just embarrassed Cristobal's Oregon team twice and punched Ohio State in the mouth in the *Rose Bowl*. You don't want that?

He lost 4 games as part of his “special season” and choked against Ohio State. His defenders against OSU served as nothing more than traffic cones.

That’s a big meh!

He has a respectable program, but it’s still a program limited by its talent deficiencies. Also don’t like the offense. You Kyle stans came out the woodwork today. Did y’all get a big three star commitment today?

Andy Ludwig is a great OC and QB molder. We rush for 200 per game and our TE's get 150 in the pass game. Hopefully Harsin/Kesau use more 13 personnel (3 TE's) now that the old OC whatshisface has been runoft. The only place Utah doesn't match the top 5 in the SEC is skill position players. As you get futher away from the ball, Utah is less skilled.

I'll take a 2 star Pacific Islander jumbo athlete over a touted 4-5 star seven days a week and twice on Sunday. Look at NFL rosters. Utah probably signs top 15 talent every year, but Pacific Islanders are notoriously and systemically underrated. Tongans/Samoans are the largest minority population in Utah. As a culture they are awesome people. In my MBA program at Utah one of my project partners was a Tongan LB that played for Whittingham when he was the LB coach. He played his senior year with a completely torn ACL. I made the comment, "That must of sucked..." and his response was, "Nah, it was fine. It just felt like my leg below my knee wasn't connected to my body. And I couldn't move laterally all that well so I blitzed alot." He made 79 tackles that year.

3-star OT Jatavius Shivers who just decommitted from Vandy is a new target to watch closely. He'll be at Big Cat Weekend.

Kid looks like he has a nice frame, and at least we're not fooling ourselves anymore by thinking that we're just going to sit on guys like Hughley, Ramil, and the kid from Louisiana who are longshots at best.

I also inherited a tenant when I purchased my first fourplax that was a starting DB under Urban Meyer. Whittingham was his DC. He was from Florida... he was just an awful human being. He had a pitbull and was a sweet dog. I felt sorry for the dog. I ended up paying him to move out. Might have been the best $750 I've ever spent at the time.

Meaning we missed on those guys?

I think either Harsin hates the NIL and isn't using it, or our alums are freezing funding. That's how AU got rid of Terry Bowden. I sometimes go back and look at Terry Bowden's last recruiting class for a good chuckle.

Jeff Hornacek and I used the same dry cleaner location. It got to the point where we'd exchange a "hey" when we'd see each other. I'd see him in the off-season and he'd always be wearing Tevas and white socks and not giving a damn. I don't ever recall him bringing in his own clothes, it was always women's clothes. His wife and daughter's stuff.
