The dirty shite Alabama did to land him, Cyrus Kouandjio, Reuben Foster, TJ Yeldon, etc was insane.

Also wouldn’t surprise me to see his Dad Jake move up to a big university as a coach or analyst. He’s still a fairly young dude.

And for those wondering no this isn’t like some blindside situation where a talented athlete gets adopted by the a coach. They have been in A’mons life since he was like 5 or 6 years old

So, what’s this boards perceptions if Hars lands a buttload of 2024 recruits early while still lagging a bit on 2023? Does that at least change the narrative that he can’t recruit but maybe was just behind on relationships with these first few classes?

He was top 20 last year and will be 15-ish this year If I had to guess. Malzahn had the best recruiting classes maybe back to Dye in 82-84, but he didn't evaluate or manage a roster very well. Tuberville lagged but did OK on recruiting classes but could evaluate. I'd say let's look at his record on the field. Bill Parcells said that, "..your record says what you are." Last year wasn't good but we had a bunch of chubby fricks and malcontents from Gus that were fishing in his backyard.

What year do you think will 2024 recruits will be ready to perform on the big stage and will Harsin be there then? I’m glad to have some commitments from the 2024 class but for the most part, the can’t recruit label is coming off however there is a gigantic hole in 2023 class so far.

Auburn has been pretty consistent over the years letting coaches play out their original contracts. Unless there are severe discipline issues like Chiz, I expect that will happen again. I guess I also don't share your expectation (enthusiasm?) about Auburn being awful the next two years, particularly this next year. I think we'll be good.

Same as yesterday, and the day before, namely that winning is the only cure.

Auburn 9 win 1 week ban bet? You say yes I say no. Lets see.

Btw I haven’t said anything today about Harsin being awful the next two years. It takes that long before 2024 recruits get to Auburn. Harsin has to prove he will be here first.

Also, Auburn had never gone after a HC after one season. That consistency you speak of is out the window.

Am I that awful? So that's two weeks total for the posting ban? One for the two interceptions on Bo Nix will throw vs. Utah next year, and now a +/- of nine wins on AU's season. Does one cancel out the other?

I'd like to consider the nine win addition. Give me twenty-four hours. With who and where we play our rivals I think eight wins would be a fair wager. Nine wins and I'd might ask for odds. But this is AU, we're picked last and we will probably win them all.
