Jasper doing a lot of dribble shots and step backs. He was money on catch and shoots last year.

Yeah I like Zep with the step in jumper from three. I don’t mind the drive pull up from the FT line area.

Is that Dennis Felton on the James Madison coaching staff?

WG has such a long FT routine. As long as he keeps making them I’m good with it

I think Jaylin Williams needs to get 10-12 shots a game. I thinks it’s finally his time.

Defense was good, which you expect from Bruce, I don’t think we are gonna know about offense for a few weeks. We got to find out how all the pieces work together once Westry comes back

He and Broome both have that quick jump hook that’s money.

Yeah Broome needs 8-10 shots a game as well. WG Jr. will get his chances and everyone else should pretty much only be scoring within the flow of the game

We got the win, the money line cover, and the KenPom cover. Great start to the season men

22-10 on the offensive glass which was the difference.

We were 4-25 from beyond the arc. Oy…

I hope people understand that this isn't the final 4 team or last year's team. we struggle to much from 3 and free throws to truly be a championship caliber team. the sweet 16 is the overachieving for this group imo

If UK doesn’t live up to the hype this year idk if they ever will again under Cal. They’ve got potential to be scary good.

So WG jr and Kd and Broom will get theirs but we really need another go-to scorer. Looks like it will be by committee between a handful of guys but it scares me if WG Jr or KD have to sit for stretches. Defense was good free throws will improve but we are definitely not a 3 point shooting team.

Jaylin. I’ll shout it from the rafters. We need to very intentionally get him 10 chances a game because he will play passively some games if you don’t

And of course, how good we can truly be is very dependent on Chance Westry the X-factor. Very talented dude

I think we need to take most of,our threes on dribble drive catch and shoot as well as inside to Broom drawing double teams and kicking, out.

I’m a pretty cautious person but.. I think this team can be pretty damn good. I expect some growing pains though. The improved SEC will help. We will be tested a LOT
