JLee was the writer able to get legit basketball info everytime. Clemente has good sources as well.
On the bunker, really watch what croc, jslowery, jhead, and jolivesr(my cousin) say. They are more often right than wrong.

I wouldn’t joke about this. I’m pretty sure he is in prison for molesting a little girl.

Miami's Isaiah Wong will enter the NCAA transfer portal tomorrow if his NIL compensation isn't increased, his agent Adam Papas told ESPN. "Isaiah would like his NIL to reflect that he was a leader of an Elite Eight team." Story:
I don’t think the NCAA and CBB is prepared for this.

"Isaiah is under contract," billionaire John Ruiz told ESPN. "He has been treated by LifeWallet exceptionally well. If that is what he decides, I wish him well, however, I DO NOT renegotiate! Surprises me because there are so many players that would love to play for the U!"
It’s already getting better
I feel better knowing we really didn’t lose to Miami. We lost to LifeWallet employees.

We love CBB for its parity in the tournaments. There could be more parity and NIL doesn’t have to turn into a competitive fundraising pissing contest for the sake of making a kid feel special. There could be classes in hierarchy. McDonald’s All Americans could earn up to so much. AP All Americans, all conference award winners, tournament winners etc. There could potentially be a fair and balanced system if the powers that be wanted to figure it out. A system that would be no big deal financially to the elite programs, but viable enough to where a small school can easily scrape up enough cash to match the offers for their one or two star players. That can only be obtained with reasonable ceilings in place.
It’s just a thought. Higher end, most talented players would basically require a commitment from its suitors to pay at the established ceiling in NIL benefits which is lower than what’s currently out there (but a higher floor) just for representative schools to be considered, but from that point on it would be back to coaches selling the school. The only competitive advantage in this situation is the commitment to proceed with the recruitment of a higher end talent that deserves higher end wages. The guy could transfer out a year later but his maximum unrealized earnings wouldn’t be worth anymore than the year before unless he unlocked some serious awards along the way.
In this hypothesized scenario obviously the NIL firm and the coaching department would have to be connected enough to consult for direction and planning.
A lot of the playing for the highest bidder crap can be stopped.

Slippery slope. You’re either an amateur or you’re not.

They ain’t amateur no mo. Those days are gone. Sport doesn’t want players committing to the highest bidders though. That’s a free for all.

That’s what it’s always been bro lol. People just talk about it now.

Auburn will never compete in a sanctioned free for all in football. Maybe basketball. Basketball only because Pearl isn’t afraid to push the envelope.
