I don't understand why the iron bowl would matter to him. Seems pretty clear he can either go to auburn play in the sec at a place that loves football or go to north Carolina because he wants to stay home. I can't fault a guy for wanting to stay home but regardless of what happens tomorrow the football experience at north Carolina is not comparable to auburn whatsoever

Sounds like UGA is in it hard

Are we pushing for pouncey or is Florida just winning that battle?

Doesn’t sound like Auburn is pushing. Same with Kendall Dennis

4* QB Chandler Morris will be at the Iron Bowl

I really don’t know at this point. Eric Reed, Brian George, or Emmanuel Appiah I’d guess

quote:Don’t forget Foster Allen. He’s apparently having a huge season and in line for a big ratings boost.
Hall, Handy, Wooden, Coynis, Newkirk, and Caleb Johnson (+Walker, +Hardy) give us a lot of pieces to work with along side Moultry, Coe, Big Kat, and Truesdell. It will be a much different looking line but that’s a whole lot of talent

Trenton Simpson is still talking us a bit. Seems like he wants to see how the IB plays out

Are we focusing on defense with our final 6-7 slots

So who do we want

Ive never understood this argument. If a kid has dreams of playing pro ball, would he forego playing for the Patriots or Cowboys so he could stay at home and play for the Birmingham Stallions???

If Simpson is willing to put in the work and has the ability that is believed in him from the potential by the recruiting sites he’s likely going to get drafted wherever he goes.

IMO big time talents, especially in the past don't worry about the school making them. They assume if they work hard and show out there talent will be evident. Millennial recruits have created this desire to play together and create super teams ala Lebron James taking his talents to Miami.
Bo didn't care if he went to bama, he believed his talent would get him to the next level no matter where he went.
I wish Trenton would pick us, but having the attitude that it doesn't matter will probably assure his success and future NFL opportunities. UNC has the facilities to provide him a platform to make that next step just like Auburn.

UNC had the #1 overall pick just a couple years ago... if you can play, they’ll find you.

He’s going to UNC, not ball state or something
His pro prospects will be just fine.

We just picked up a commitment from Jackson Billings. Unranked WR from Huntsville, assume he is walking on. 247 Profile
