KN says that UNC has the most confidence right now in landing in Kelly Bryant but that they view AU as the biggest threat

I suspect Stidham to go to the NFL. Supposedly coaching staff told Bryant that Stidham would declare after the season

JLee says that while buzz for UT & Pappoe is definitely legit all of his sources in AU say that Pappoe sticks if T-WILL stays

So he gone

Also apparently Pickens will be visiting Tennessee this weekend....

There's buzz that Gus could get fired (or there had been for the past few weeks)

Despite what ppl wanna think, a new coach isn't 100% certain going to keep anyone from the previous regime

Who's his HC going to be if that holds?

Larry Fedora is 44-42 in his 7th season at Chapel Hill. Since hitting their peak in 2015, winning the ACC Coastal with an 11-1 record and being ranked #8, the Heels have gone 9-24 against FBS teams, including losing 15 of their last 17.

He's currently #4 on coacheshotseat.com, behind only Clay Helton at USC, Chris Ash at Rutgers, and Randy Edsall at UConn. To put that in perspective, Gustav is #8.

If a new coach didn't retain Travis Williams I'd have to question their judgement.

Gus isn't going anywhere. The only changes will be on the offensive side. Probably Hugh Freeze, maybe Kelly Bryant. The defense is intact and so are the coaches.

Ashford and Pickens had quite a night while beating Mt Brook.Ashford had 7 completions, 3 of those completions were TDs to Pickens.
quote:

Sixth-ranked Hoover didn’t throw much, but hit big when it did. Ashford, a junior with SEC offers, hit 7 of 10 passes for 290 yards, and Pickens, the Auburn verbal pledge, caught five balls for 204 yards.

Ashford threw touchdown passes of 38, 60 and 88 yards to Pickens. He ran for touchdowns of 7 and 4 yards.

I guess "the Auburn commit..." would be too much of an assumption at this point?
