I wonder why Justin Hokanson left writing altogether.
Got a much better offer by big time AU basketball booster Stephen Hooks to work for him at Sonic Tools.

Can players that just signed transfer? Somebody get Master Teague on the phone.
He's enrolled at OHio St. so he would have to sit a full year without being able to use the 4 game Redshirt max rule for most redshirts. Doesn't matter anyway. We have used all our 2018 new enrollee limit for 2018. AU couldn't give him a scholly til January at the earliest

As for non enrolled signees they can only transfer & be eligible immediately only if their original NLI is deemed null & void by not meeting enrollment requirements. Otherwise it's the same as Teague above.

He seems pretty happy with the move too.

Clay Webb was never coming to Auburn. Let's not spin this to suit your melt.

Yes, I think we all know he is going to Bama. My question is how did we fall from 2nd to 3rd on an instate kid that we've spent a ton of time on.

Kind of shows where our OL recruiting is right now

He's a high school kid with his own preferences on where he wants to play football. We're fresh out of a coaching change at his position.

It shouldn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure it out... we just hired a stop-gap OL coach while uga has Sam Pittman.

Bama and UGA are getting it done on steroids. Kirby wants to grab all the 5 stars and 4* plus because this is how Bama built their dominance. They also pressure their recruits to commit and shut it down. UGA just got 3 commitments coming out of last weekend's event. Tired of our excuses; regardless of how much we may like or appreciate the coaches effort, they aren't getting it done. Anyone who can look at this objectively can see that. Yes Grimes is new but that hasn't stopped some other schools with new coaching staff from recruiting very strong classes. I like Grimes and Horton, and I don't mean to thru dirt their way but there is a problem here. As a senior manager, I have to evaluate performance and results.

Is this the bar we are setting? Just winning the SEC West?

I’m asking.

we were ranked 2nd in the country at the end of the regular season playing arguably the hardest schedule in the country

while the SECCG sucked, let's not act as if last year was a failure

Its losing two game to end the season and dropping a road game to an LSU team we had no business losing to that makes it seem like a failure to some.

They can think that but the fact is, it wasn’t. No matter how much a couple of those loses stung.
