KN says AU will visit 4* LB Quay Walker today. AU still believes they are in the hunt but aren't as confident as they once were at flipping him because of the strong pushes by Tennessee & Georgia. Walker is gonna OV to UGA this weekend then will be at AU the next. He might OV to UF the final weekend. Walker is being recruited purely as a LB & not as a Buck target. KN says that if AU can't land Walker they won't take anymore LBs this class & it will just be a huge focus in the 2019 class. Travis Williams will for sure be on the visit but good chance more of AU coaching staff will join him. Walker is close with T-WILL & AU DE Big Kat Bryant.


The key is surviving this UGA OV. If he leaves there uncommitted & still visiting AU the next weekend we got a real shot. My fear is Smart is gonna push hard to lock him down this weekend. We will see what happens

4* DE Caleb Tannor is reportedly visiting UF this weekend. KN mentioned that AU might try & get him on campus this weekend. My guess is he takes OV next weekend. He was supposed to visit Ole Miss this upcoming weekend

how is Asa Martin not in the final top 247 blows my mind.

Not gonna lie, I am gonna be salty about Asa for a bit

However, think for the most part got the rest right. I think Monday should be a bit higher but overall I think most of AU's guys moving down was result of them already having proper rating & other guys jumping them once they got a bump

But Asa is one of the best player's in the state & it's ridiculous he's not in the top 247

KN confirms Caleb Tannor will OV next weekend not this weekend. Going to UF this weekend

Also says that Kevin Steele visited Roger McCreary today

Keep an eye on JUCO 3* OL Willie Allen. AU was gonna visit him today but snow delaying the trip. Apparently Grimes was high on him coming out of high school. AU hasn't offered yet but if they do he will probably take OV

My guess is he's a backup option right now if they can't land Gouraige this weekend

Need to finish with Tank, Tannor, Gouraige and hope to God a CB or Quay Walker fall into our lap.

FWIW this is how I would rank the top 10 instate in this class

1.) WR Justyn Ross --> Highest upside of any player instate in this class
2.) CB Jalyn Armour-Davis --> Could start day 1
3.) RB Asa Martin --> Might be one of the most college ready in this class
4.) DT Coynis Miller --> Huge upside but very raw
5.) WR Seth Williams --> Route running needs improvement but all the tools are there to be elite
6.) ATH Harold Joiner --> Could end up a star or a bust
7.) DL Andres Fox --> I think he's a great fit as a 3-4 DE or a 4-3 DT
8.) QB Jack West --> Underwhelming senior year but I expect him to develop nicely at Stanford
9.) WR Shedrick Jackson --> Might be most polished of WRs coming out, seems like he gets better everytime he gets out there
10.) OL Tank Jenkins --> If he applies himself he will be an outstanding guard at next level but effort concerns
